“I look forward to receiving my order of Hatch Chili every year. The flavor is incredible. The medium heat is always perfect. These chiles are very versatile and I use them for a variety of recipes. The chili is always shipped fresh making for a high quality product. The Hatch Chili Store exceeds expectations year after year. I wouldn't buy from anybody else.”

“I ordered early this year and when the season started I was at the front of the line. I received my order one day after they notified me that it was sent. I got the medium heat chilies and love them. I am a very happy customer and will be ordering more in the future. As a small company you guys a great. Thanks for the great service”

“As a displaced New Mexican, longing for green chile is a struggle. This company is top notch. The green chile is shipped fresh, always arrives on time, and I’ve never had a single rotten or damaged pepper. The customer service is fantastic and the recipes they send are creative and inventive while keeping tradition alive. Love this company and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for making sure my family gets to experience New Mexico all over the country!”

“I’ve bought my Hatch chilies directly from Hatch company in New Mexico even though the local grocery stores carry them. The chilies from Hatch are consistently better in many respects - the thickness of the flesh, the accuracy of their purported spice levels and more. I’ve done this for three years now and have no intention of going back to the local grocer’s”

“We ordered 50 pounds of the most wonderful XHot Fresh Greeen Chiles this year (last year's 25 lbs was so good we doubled it!) They arrived in timely fashion and now it's an annual day of roasting, sealing, and freezing our annual batch. It's the best green chile in the world! (every batch we've recieved has been wonderful- but this year's was the best ever). We've had green chile from many regions but nothing beats The Hatch Chile Store! Thanks!”

“Received 5 pounds of Medium Hatch CHilies. Roasted them, cleaned them and put them in the freezer to reach for every day. They were perfect, big anf delicious. They arrived the next day. Thank you. My chilies are always perfect, which ever kind I order.”

“We look forward to getting a yearly shipment of hatch chilies to roast in our backyard. We now live in the south, and they just don’t have any spicy, tasty food like what we grew up with in CO/NM. The chillies are always top quality, and last for weeks whether we roast small batches or a single large batch. This company is top notch!”

“Hatch chiles are genuine and delicious. They are delivered protected by freezer packs to ensure their flavor and freshness. I always get the medium heat level but the hot are so good too. Once you start adding them to your recipes, you start seeing how many places they can be included. I am so happy I know about these chilis and have told all my friends about them.”
