“Received chile when promised. I ordered the mild chile. It has a 'little' warmth, but would not call it hot. The flavor of the chile is 10/10. I've been eating hatch chile for many years. This is the flavor you are hoping for. Will buy again next season. THX”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The store kept me informed of the status of my package by emails and the box arrived on time. The chiles were firm and fresh upon arrival. It took me awhile to roast the chiles on my gas stovetop, but I have them stored for chile in the winter. I ordered chiles last year too, and made chile verde with chicken and tomatillos.”

“Finding The Hatch Chili Store resulted in them being my go-to since I moved from Colorado 25 years ago! In Colorado, I got addicted to roasted Hatch chilis and this is the next best thing to driving down the street and finding a roadside stand where they are roasting them fresh in roasters that are at least three feet in diameter.”

“I love the way the Hatch chile brings depth of flavor to many dishes. I gave my physician a jar and he loves it on hes eggs every morning. I believe I was able to earn you another customer. I really like using iit in my turkey chile. It also improves my Spanish rice. So versitile.”

“Born and raised in NM so I am a chili addict. Have been living in Pitsburgh PA for several years and the Hatch Chili Store is the best at shipping frozen green chili to me. The chili is always fresh and delicious and arrives as scheduled. I will continue to order. Great place.”

“My wife and I love the Roasted Hatch green Chile in the 16 oz jars. We buy the Medium. It is fresh and very flaverable. We have also bought the frozen packets but with limited freezer space the jars work best for us. You cant go wrong with either. The best”

“The chile arrived on time as requested with no rotten pods. It has a medium heat,again as requested, maybe a little hotter and thiner than last year. I would have preferred a little red mixed in but maybe I should wait for a delivery a bit later in the season next year.”
