“I ordered the roasted Chili’s to be sent to my brother in Delaware as a Christmas gift. He used to live in Albuquerque, and became very fond of your peppers. He is beyond thrilled, and his wife has been cooking up a storm with the peppers. Best gift ever!”

“I have now ordered frozen Hatch chilies twice. I order enough to see us through a whole year. My order arrives perfectly frozen and packed! It sure beats having to find little cans at a store here in Idaho and almost never being able to find hot chilies. Having lived in the southwest for a number of years, we became dependent on having hot chilies in our recipes. Thank you, Hatch, for making our taste satisfied!”
