“Ordered several pounds of whole, medium heat green chile. It shipped and arrived quickly, still solidly frozen. The whole chiles are good quality, had been roasted and peeled well, and stored in a resealable pouch. The chiles have mostly been on the mild side, but some have been in the medium range. If you offered chile by variety I would really go for Joe Parker. Considering I'm in the southeastern US & didn't have to do any of the work myself, I feel the price was reasonable. I plan to order again, and again, and ...”

“I received my order of 25 lbs medium chilie late July. I was frequently updated in regard to shipping and arrival times. The chilies were in fantastic condition, I immediately began oven broiling them to blacken the skins. I put the chilies in a zip lock bag to steam as they cool. Next I freeze the chilies in quart bags unpeeled. When thawed the skins very easily slip off! The size and flavor of these chilies are fantastic! The Hatch Chile Store is easy to work with and they provide a reliably high quality product that is not available in my local market.”

“Our family lived in Arizona and used to go to Hatch for the sole purpose of obtaining Chiles from your store. Those chiles became a necessary addition to many family meals. Recently we had to move from the area and found ourselves longing for some delicious chiles. So, for a family gathering (from 3 seperate states) we ordered tamales, salsa and chiles from your store. This addition to our time together quickly became the highlight as it provided us with a taste of home we all had been missing. Thank you for making it possible to order such wonderful memories from you!”

“Ordered a 25lb box and received some of the BEST peppers I have ever tasted. The order arrived as promised. I will definitely be ordering fresh peppers again next year, and looking at a few other items for this year. They are so good you will want them in everything.”

“Absolutely love The Hatch Chile Store. We buy fresh Chile’s every year and pre-order in the spring. They do an awesome job communicating ship dates and expected arrival and even give you the option to delay shipment if you won’t be home. I have also ordered other products from here like dried Chile’s and dried Chile powder. Their website also has great recipes!”

“I so enjoy the products from Hatch, as a young child living in Roswell N Mex every year my folks would drive to the farms and pick up the delish chilis, so I grew up loving them, and now at 90 I still love them and I can order them , I also have fidred to friends an they say they are the best they ever tasted, so keep up the great work, TYVM :)”
