“We have purchased 25 lbs of hatch chiles the last few years and they are always delivered very fresh. We get the medium spice level which is perfect for us. We roast them and freeze them so we can make Pork Chili Verde and homemade salsa throughout the year.”

“I have been ordering from this company for years, all I can say they are wonderful to work with. If something goes wrong with shipments they make right. Look forward to my awesome green chiles every year! I like the fact they send me tracking numbers, so I call UPS and have them hold the fresh chilies, then I go pick them up so they are not on hot truck all day.”

“I love my hatch green chilies. I bought a five pound last year, this year I got the 10ths. I make Colorado Green Chilie and I couldn't do it with these chiles. They are always fresh and roast so well! They keep you in the loop with delivery and they have been delivered exactly as told! Great service!”

“Thank you for asking. I think I must have received Mild Hatch instead of Hot Hatch, as my hands didn't burn while cutting the Peppers up like they usually do. Between that and My Daughter-in-law wanting to add an extra Bell Pepper to each recipe, my Hot Sauce turned out tasting like Chow Chow. Guess next time I'll have to order X Hot. The Pepper arrived about the 2nd or 3 day.”

“I was born & raised in Northern New Mexico and grew up loving chile verde. My tias would roast them & peel them for use all winter long. We used to have a New Mexican restaurant here in San Francisce, but went out of business during the pandemic. My sister used to send me boxes of chiles, but later on I discovered Hatch Green Chile and I became a loyal customer. Thank you!!”

“Absolutely love that they started shipping fresh chili during harvest season. I grew up in southern Colorado and every year around August our family would do a huge chili roast and peel that would last us through the winter. Sadly I moved to northern Idaho and nobody had ever even heard of hatch chili. Luckily they started shipping it and now I can still get it!”
