“The only thing I have ordered over the years from The Hatch Chile Store is the fresh Hatch chiles. They always arrived fresh and ready to roast. I have not ordered their prepared items because the cost is high as is the shipping. I know these things are expensive to make but the cost does not seem worth it to me at this point. I can make my own salsas etc.”

“I’m new to the business and products but I like Hatch chilies and decided to buy some dried and preserved - and haven’t tried them yet - but I thought they would be a quick and tasty add to recipes when I’m cooking…it’s summer now so will wait for cooler weather to try them.”

“I truely love your chile I grew up in I a mexican household and have been eating chile since I've been a baby" or at least it feels that way. Unless I make it it"s very hard for someone like me to find honest chile or just even mexican food that feels like it's been made propper. For me your product's are very well enjoyed, and I am picky just ask my Daughter!”

“What a difference it makes to have fresh chiles. We bought Hatch chiles at a local store and found the fresh chiles were juicier and peeled more easily after roasting. Next year we’ll order ALL of our chiles from you!”

“I used to live in New Mexico and got a bushel a year.....now I am on an island in Maine....I got my order 2 days after sent.....I thought that was amazing....I talked to my brother in law and he ordered and got next day after sent....and I gotta say the chilles looked amazing.... thank you thank you thank you”

“So I have ordered my Chile for the season. Roasted yesterday and peeled, cooked up some Beef and it was fabulous. I freeze and use the Chile for Green Chile Stew all winter. Thank you, for keeping me in Chile, it hasnt always been easy in Seattle. Most dont understand about Chile, and the term "Hot". Brian Date”

“We are repeat customers who look forward to our fresh hatch chile order arriving every summer. They are super fresh when they arrive, just picked and practically still warm from the field. The chile aroma emanating from the box is heavenly. We eat some and then process and freeze the rest for green chile goodness throughout the long New England winter.
