“The chiles arrived at our house in Maine still fresh and smelling of the field! My husband roasted them on the grill and we bagged them up. I've already cooked with them, and they are fantastic!”

“Growing up in New Mexico and then moving to the Midwest I lost a big part of my culture, the food! I was pleasantly surprised to find that hatch chili store was able to ship me my chili. Both orders arrived as is expected, and roasting began, and I can't wait till I get to do it all over again. Great job!!”

“In the past I have purchased just about every item you sell. Enjoyed all of them. Maybe you could think about selling a 2 ounce sampler pack. Especially since the holidays are coming. Most people don’t usually like to get the original size if they’re not sure about it. I share my jars with anyone who wants to try them.”

“To whom it may concern I just want to let everyone know that I am one happy camper. I did a pre-order on a 25 pound box of big Jim chilies and I was amazed at the size and the freshness. number one I don’t care who you buy your hatch chilies from but from now on, I will be getting them from the hatch chili store. This is a five star family ran company.”
