“Dealing with you was great. Your chat people were friendly and efficient. I did have one thing that stood out to me when I saw the photo of my gift purchase. It did not appear as full as the photos on your website. I am open to being corrected. The recipients were thrilled, so I do not want them contacted regarding my opinion. It was a beautiful Rista. It just did not appear as full and plump with chilis. I will order again, because I think you have a wonderful product. Thank you for the early delivery...it was perfect timing. For the first time in a long time, they will be making red chili tamales with their much-loved NM red chili. Again, do not contact the recipient.”

“How do chili store have so many wonderful peppers sauces and specialty items. I have bought from hatches from the time I lived in Arizona and now I’m in California and still doing it. You can get fresh chilies when they’re being picked or you can get them after they’ve been picked and put up for you. I’ve never found any other place that sells it like this and it be so good. Ordered things for Christmas already had them delivered so that I made sure I got them. Getting things for Christmas are Special and always order early. This year they had Speciality items for Thanksgiving”

“I was so happy to find a reliable source to purchase beautiful ristras. I normally travel to New Mexico this time of year to find a couple to have at my home. The problem with that is that they can be hard to find and you cannot always count on the quality of what you do find on the market. While I enjoy my trips to New Mexico and will continue to visit, I have now found that reliable source. Thank you for such quality workmanship.”

“I have been a customer for a while, me biggest disappointment is the unavailability of the extra hot green Chile, besides that the price is a bit high but living in NC and not NM anymore thats the consequence. I have my own roaster but it's just too much work for the amount I use. I'd gladly accept a free product for my time. Lol”
