“Received a 25lb box and now have tons of chilies waiting to become green chili for burritos. We moved from Colorado to Missouri and they have no clue about green chili. Now I have enough to get me through winter. They are great peppers! Just smothered a breakfast burrito. Yummy!”

“As someone originally from Colorado, I can no longer easily purchase fresh green chiles locally, so finding a reliable supplier is important. I have ordered from other companies in the past and was disappointed with the quality and service. However, they exceeded my expectations. The chiles were fresh, the pricing was very competitive, and the shipping was remarkably fast. I have already smoked my chiles and have been thoroughly enjoying them. In fact, I am so satisfied with this order that I will likely be purchasing another batch this week. “It only takes a visit to New Mexico to discover one of the best-kept secrets, “Christmas” chile. Personally I am a fan of Hatch green chile for over 55 years. I am grateful for being able to enjoy this delicacy 2000 miles away from the high desert. Thanks for that.”

“Wow... very impressed. these were roasting within minutes of receiving. Very very happy. Impressed with the over quality and packaging. The only problem is that i needed to add more....lol this will be a regular purchase, If your a chef or if you cook at all, and your not using these chile's, you might as well trade in your stripes. Best flavor ever. Thank you”

“I ordered 10 pounds of Hatch green chiles and roasted them up here in Texas, and I’ve gotta say — **these chiles are the real deal\!** 🌶️🔥 I’ve bought green chiles locally before, but these had a whole different flavor. Fresh, smoky, full of flavor, and they roasted up just right\. You can definitely taste the difference when they come straight from Hatch. I’ll be ordering again for sure. Next time, I’m going with the **HOT ones... 🔥🔥 Great chile, great flavor, and worth every penny. Y’all keep growing ’em — I’ll keep buying ’em. 🤠🌶️”

“The green chilies were delicious! They arrived on time, still frozen, and in great condition. The tamales were wonderful as well, and my wife and I have really been enjoying everything we ordered. My only negative—and something I think the company should consider—is the amount of promotional email. In just 12 days, I received eight promotional emails. That is simply too many emails, especially for something like green chilies. I enjoyed the products and would absolutely order again, but the excessive marketing emails are unnecessary and could easily turn customers away. Overall, the food was excellent, the shipping was great, and we are very happy with our order. I would just recommend dialing back the promotional emails.”

“I lived in New Mexico in the late 1990's, and since I left, every autumn, I have yearned for the smell of roasting Green Chile. I received a box full of fresh and beautiful Green Chiles and go to roasting them right away. Thank you for bringing back to me not only the smell, but such great taste!”
