“I live in an area that is pretty food diverse. I have access to fresh tamales and enchiladas from food carts and stores. But for some reason I found you advertised and gave you a try. So glad I did! I am crazy about your tamales. Even coming frozen, they are easy to prepare and taste wonderful. Just the right amount of heat. I'm hooked.”

“Incredible! Excellent service quick response time. When the chile arrived they were gorgeous! Color, quality everything was perfect. I’d never roasted before but they turned out perfectly. I used Japanese Charcoal to get very high heat. I froze them on cooling racks and then bagged them whole. They are so easy to peel when they thaw. I made my favorite Buttermilk Cornbread and added grated Cheddar and chopped chile. Absolutely delicious. I will order again next year!”
