“I was suppose to get Red Chile Rellenos but got a mix of red and green in each bag. Not sure how that happened . The rellenos were good but I wanted Red Chile Rellenos only. Now I'm being pressured to change my review !!! Not changing until I get 3 12 packs of RED CHILE RELLENOS WITH NO MIXED GREEN ONES IN THEM !!!”

I believe I did address you concern: Myrna Valerio Today at 8:14 AM Hello Michael, The Red Rellenos are the more mature Hatch Green Chile. Some of the Chiles will be looking like a blend of the 2 and some are solid red. I am very sorry about this. We do categorize them under "Red" due to the maturity of the chile. I does taste a little smokier and hotter than the early harvest green. Hope this helps. Myrna

“We were residents of Santa Fe and Rick was resident of Las Cruces. If you have ever lived in that area you understand Hatch chilis. They are the best there is. We will always support New Mexico small businesses. This particular business shipped fast and there were no issues. We are happy with them as always.”

“Last summer, I ordered 25 pounds of hatch chile from The Hatch Chile Store. The chile was fresh, delivered on time and very flavorful. It's only been a few months and all of it is gone. I just ordered some of their jared chile to hold me over, but next year I will order 50 pounds. :-)”

“Your online program added items to my cart automatically that I looked at. I called immediately leaving a message and request to call me, but customer service is not available on a weekend. Only problems are availble on weekends. My order was processed Monday morning. Late that afternoon, some text attempt was made to say my order had already shipped, so sorry it's not going to be fixed. So my birthday gift has travelled across country and is definitely not what I intended to order. I really appreciated the statement of it being my poblem, and will not order again from your business. Giving me a discount on a future order does not make this birthday a happy one.”

“The Hatch Chile store is one of the best online purveyors I have ever dealt with to date! I placed an order, and they immediately let me know they were out of stock and could be delayed. I told them I was okay to wait. They then checked with me again due to a longer than expected delay. Again, I stated I was fine. They communicated thoroughly and often. On another delay, they contacted me hat in hand very apologeticly. They offered me an item of similar value several times throughout this process, and this time I took their offer. Not only did they supply me with an item of equal value, but they included a bonus item for my patience and understanding. This was a great surprise, and extremely uncommon in today's business world. This is the way business used to be, and should be done! They truly practice family values and old school business ethics. In addition, the products they provided (Green & Red Chili Rellenos) were amazing! I highly recommend anyone who enjoys or is curious about this cuisine deal with this amazing company. Thank you Hatch Chili Store, you are among my favorite purveyors!!”

“Hatch chili suace awesome, and it's as simple and slow cooked pork or beef chopped up and spice it up with (green) chili sauce. Or Pozole with red pepper sauce. It's quite delicious I recomend any of Hatch Chili Store's products!”
