“I used to order several different stores from New Mexico, but this is the only one that is consistent with the freshest best product Your order is delivered on time The frozen green chilies are always of the highest grade I would highly recommend ordering your favorite New Mexico foods from this company”

“I still haven't received my order yet, tried multiple times contacting the company many different ways. Nothing, no call back. Season is late. UPS says contact the customer. Nothing.”

“I'm sorry this has dragged on, Colleen — I know a year's supply of chile isn't something you want sitting in limbo. Your order Hatc-336383 (25 lbs of Hot fresh chile) is still fully in place and nothing has been canceled. A shipping label is already printed, which means your box is queued for the next fresh shipment; UPS hasn't scanned it yet, so tracking will start moving once they pick it up, and you'll get an email then. On timing, fresh chile ships on Wednesdays during the season, and per our latest harvest update most Hot orders have gone out but some remaining Hot orders are still waiting on the next pick, so I can't promise an exact week. If you'd rather not wait, you can switch to frozen roasted chile (with 10% extra store credit) or cancel for a refund — just reply to this email and tell me which you'd like, and I'll get it started. Best, Kayden THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER TO MY UNDELIVERED ORDER. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE STILL ALLOWING ORDERS FROM AN INCREASED COST AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST ON LINE!”

“I love all of the products I've purchased from The Hatch Chili Store. The salsa is first rate. It tastes like it was just prepared. I appreciate the variety. The prepared foods are delicious and perfect for a quick and easy meal. I always buy the frozen chillies. Makes preparing chili Relleno easy. I try to limit my purchases to U.S small family businesses. Hatch fits the bill”

“I’ve been ordering cases of fresh Hatch chilies from Hatch Chile Store for years. They always arrive fresh, not a dud in the bunch! Communication regarding growing conditions and delivery times is always professional. Thank you all! Recipe tip: after grilling, peeling, and seeding, chop roughly and spread on flour tortillas w/softened cream cheese. Chill. Cut into pinwheels, serve with adult beverages.”

“The peppers were amazing. The only thing i did have a problem with was the shipping. It was explained to me that shop.com had messed up,but i had takem a vacation that week they were supposed to be there to find out that they werent. Now when they did finally ship, i got them quickly, and they were bright green, and smalled amazing”
