“I recently ordered the mild green chili. I believe next time I will order the medium as the mild are a bit bland, lacking the green chili flavor we love. 3 Stars I also ordered the green chili and cheese tamales but was not too impressed with these. Hardly any green chili and cheese filling, mostly masa. I sent a message to the Hatch Green Chili Store about this but never heard back. Perhaps I just got a batch of whimpy tamales?? Kind of pricey at 75.00 for 12 small tamales. 1 star Just stick with the Green Chili and purchase in bulk, you can't go wrong.”

“I buy 50 lbs of green and 25 of red every year. This was my first time buying tamales. I am a native of NM, born and raised in ABQ. Attended West Mesa high school and UNM. I have spent the last 60 years enjoying NM chile, my homemade posole and now your tamales will be on my list. Myrna is GREAT!”

“Roasted hatch green chile / Chile rellenos: Order arrived quickly and properly packaged to keep contents fresh. The green chiles arrived in separate vacuum sealed 1lb pouches and were nicely roasted, peeled, and chopped which was a huge time saver for their intended use - pork green chile. The rellenos are battered, which isn’t my preference, but still very tasty when lightly fried and smothered in the aforementioned pork green chile. This was my first experience ordering from The Hatch Chile Store and I will undoubtedly be a lifelong customer based on the service and products offered.”

“Sent this to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas...they haven't received the order yet and that is totally my fault because I ordered late. They live in Florida, but are from New Mexico...you can not find chili in Florida...those Florida's never heard of it..ha ha ha. I am sure they will be excited to receive the order!!!”

“Omg!! Just GORGEOUS! My mother ordered a wreath from you guys I think like 20 years ago and it lasted forever on my front gate. It really brought back my southwest memories as a child. Brought me so much joy. This year I decided to get another one and it did not disappoint. It’s fabulous. I have it hanging up in my house right now and enjoying it for the Christmas season. I will also take it out to my front gate and see how long it lasts out there. I bought the treated version this time. It’s gorgeous and glossy. Thank you hot chili folks.”

“Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this year after ordering the last three years. When ordering, I somehow made a mistake and made the shipping address and billing address the same. I had intended to ship the chiles to my sister in Florida as a Christmas gift. After receiving confirmation of my order, I called and emailed Hatch Chile but could not get ahold of anyone. Once I was able to talk to someone a couple of days later, they said the chiles had been shipped and couldn't do anything for me other than take another order and discount it by 20%. I pursued shipping the chiles to my sister but the cost from UPS was as much as the cost of the chiles. I think Hatch Chile should have things set up to modify your order once you receive a confirmation and realize there was a mistake. The customer service is understaffed and needs to respond to people quickly if they made a mistake. So, while the product quality is good, I was quite unhappy as I ended up having to buy an alternative gift for my sister and spent twice as much as I wanted to. You have lost me as a customer.”

“Great site to order chiles, easy to order, arrived when site said the package would. Had to try as soon as order was received. Loved the taste. Cannot find anything like this where I live. Also, gave a couple of jars to a friend for Christmas. I will be ordering again.”
