“I've ordered 5 times now. Told you before update your database so I have the correct points. Not guest. I've ordered 11 different products. So far I've tried 10. I love 6. I will be ordering more soon”

“It took over a month to get my order. When I inquired after 2 weeks, they said it was being processed and would ship out soon. I checked again in 2 more weeks and they then told me they had run out of stock but my order should ship soon. I was notified 2 days later that my order shipped which makes me believe they lost my order or forgot about it.”

“I love the hot hatch chilis that are already roasted and chopped. Makes it very easy to use although I miss the aroma when roasting them myself. When they arrived they were still frozen which was a relief.”

“The Hatch, Chile Store itself is an opportunity to support local farmers now that I am a New Mexico resident. I like that. I ordered six jars of mild green chili sauce, and it is truly tasteful and delightful. In my opinion, the ordering form is confusing and could be significantly improved.”

“This chili is good , I'm not sure if it's made to be a salsa or an additve. I used it and added salt and lime and greatly enhanced the flavor for salsa. This product is natural and would buy it again. A lot of possibilities here”

Hello Mike, We appreciate the feedback! You ordered our Red & Green Chile Blend. These are jars of pure chile. While straight-up chile is great on its own, I would say that using it in a recipe is how you get the most out of it. You should try one of the many recipes we have on our website.
