“My 25lbs of medium green chile’s came the very next day. They were very fresh and did not get damaged. I roasted, peeled and packed them for the freezer. Of course I left some out for cooking. As for heat, they’re perfect. You’re always going to get a hot one here and there buts that’s normal. I’m from NM and live in NC so this is a treat. I’ll be ordering again next year! I’m glad I found this sight!!🌶️😋”

“The actual 'meat' of the chile was very good. I've grown actual 'Hatch' seed here in Iowa for roughly 15 years. I will say that I completely agree that 2026 was my absolute worst year of trying to grow green chile. Never seen anything like it. I was hoping for more heat out of the medium peppers, but I definitely get that every pepper is different in heat, but overall not too bad at all, especially given the year we've both had. Will definitely order again, but maybe a mix of hot and medium next year. Thanks for all You Folks do as Farmers growing food for our Nation !!!!”

“This is my 3 or 4th year buying Chiles. They are fresh and undamaged. I love charring them myself. They peel so much easier than in the drums. It’s an annual event. I’m a happy camper!”

“Love love love Hatch items! I actually recd some items that I didn’t order, and didn’t receive some items that I did order. I took pictures of what I received, and sent it, so I know it is being worked on, for resolution. I lived in NM for awhile, and now live in CO, so it’s nice to be arbor to order Hatch products!”
