“I have not received my shipment, no one can tell me when I will get it. Trying to plan to make various items with the chilies is very difficult because of the lack of communication. They create a shipping label but nothing ever ships.”

“This is not my first purchase from the Hatch Chile Store and I keep going back for more. The service is outstanding and the product is always delivered immediately, is well packaged and of course of to quality. My family goes back generations in New Mexico so I was brought up on Hatch chilies. I would never miss a season and will continue to buy form the Hatch Chile Store.”

“Every Christmas my sister would make us tamales. My favorite was her chili and cheese. I live on an island so I have to order them now. I got my order and was excited to try them. I felt there was too much masa and no cheese. I have to say I was disappointed.”

“The chile I received was not fresh as I was expecting coming straight from the store and not the local market which were better. I'm not sure if it was just the batch I received. I ordred HOT and Extra HOT. I was really excited as I love green Chile. Not only were they bad the delivery was delayed several times.”

“I was skeptical about shipping fresh green chile across the US. When it arrived it was still solid and looking soooo gooood. I made green chile cheese burgers that night. Get service! I am now looking at ordering some of the premade foods.”

“Excelent chiles, obviously, and so glad they offer shipping for those of us in New England where people don't know what chiles are. However, especially for the cost, WAY more chiles could be packed into a shipment! We ordered the already fired/peeled but not chopped and had to use half just to make one batch of sauce that won't last very long! Nice big box, not a lot of product inside, delicious though it is! :/ Also, there is a rather disturbing ratio of pistachios that are unopened (also ordered a bag of green chile pistachios). I expect not all of them to be already cracked open enough to easily shell but handfuls of barely-to-not-opened-ones seem a bit excessive! Still - delicious product and thank you for making them available to those of us far away.”

“Best chili store. Excellent roasted peeled chilis laid out side by side in freezer bags.Love the advantage of having them peeled without the mess. I used to get a bushel from other places & had to sort & peel them myself. Too much work ! Have been ordering from here the last couple years. Wonderful but pricey.”
