“Ive Been a life long lover of the New Mexico chillis. After moving to Florida I was sad that they were not available but overjoyed to find this supplier. I was patiient in the delay due to late harvest and appreciated that they communicated such, however I was very dissapointed once I got my chillis. They were small, many of them broken. They were a paler color than usual and ended up with little to no flavor or heat. I have been making green chilli for decades and this was the first experience of resulting in no flavor. So very sad for my annual chillis..”

“I ordered a box of fresh chilies, with the harvest being a little off this year, it seemed as though my order may not fill. I was kept updated during the process and given the option to choose frozen Chiles instead. I decided to keep the order as-is and was rewarded for the dedication. I received notification the order picked, was shipping, and it arrived the next day. The Chiles were in great condition, looked amazing and tasted even better! I’m a grateful customer.”

“I highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store. This is the second purchase I have made from them during fresh chili season. This year I had 10 pounds of hatch chile delivered to my home in Michigan. It was fresh and I was able to refrigerate overnight and process them on my grill the next day. The chiles were in perfect condition and tasted like I just walked out and picked them myself.”

“Chile exiles in Michigan! We are thrilled to have a 25# box in our freezer ready to warm our hearts in the chilly winter! We grilled them outdoors and the aroma of roasting chile transported us home to New Mexico. Our box was perfect, every pod firm and fresh, and delicious! “I ordered 50 lbs of “fresh” green chili. I opened the first box and found that there is no way it could have been picked even 2 days earlier. There was more spoilage than there should have been, I had to trim more than a few chilies in order to salvage what I could and there were several chilies that were completely decayed. I opened the second box and found those chilies had, indeed, been fresh picked!”

“A friend had referred me to The Hatch Chili Store this chile season. I am a fan! They regularly kept me up to date regarding this seasons chile and when to expect my shipment. My 25lb box of medium heat chiles arrived overnight very fresh and in perfect shape. After roasting, peeling & freezing I am ready for the months ahead. The only thing I would do different next year when ordering would be to buy two 25lb cases of chilies--1 hot & 1 medium!!!”
