“We have been buying chimichangas and rellenos two or three times a year for about four years now. They need more meat and less filler. It looks like french fries when they fall out. I we keep ordering as long as you continue to sell them.”

“I'm a native New Mexican living in coastal Connecticut. I literally crave the warm smells and flavors of traditional southwest cousine. The Hatch Chile Store has as allowed be to hold on to a little piece of home, and for that I am m grateful. The packaging is secure and the flavors are on point with both the red chili sauce and roasted green chilies. Thank you for making my comfort food available to me and others.”

“Our children have grown and moved away to live in their own journeys so we have started a tradition to send them a bit of New Mexico's treasure which they sorely miss. We're so grateful to The Hatch Chili store for their fast safe delivery. The frozen chilies were sent five states away and arrived quickly and carefully packaged (faster than I expected) and I'll be ordering more again from The Hatch Chili Store.”

“Overall, my experience with the business itself was rather good. For example, when I contacted them with a question, they answered promptly. I'm a native New Mexican who lives in New York City; I've been purchasing green chile from another business for years but that business now appears to be closed. Whereas the chile that I ordered from the Hatch Chile Store is certainly tasty, I ordered hot chile and what I received is really mild. Hopefully, the other packages of chile that were part of my order will actually have some heat.”
