“I sent a friend the Hominy and Posole kit and they made it and said it was fabulous! I have more kits and other items. That am saving for a big Christmas time all New Mexico and Mexican foods! I also got my reesyraa I sent a friend the Posiole Kit with chile she seasonings and they cooked it and said it was really good ! I have several more Hatxh Chile produxutz and another Posole Kit and we will be making major abs many Dishes for a12/28 event with New Mexican Hatch Chile products and also some Mexican dishes. Everybody is making items from tomatillo sauce to street corn! We will take pictures for you i! I’m the planner and am quite excited ! Also got one of the two ordered ristras (? Nothing but Halle. I sent a friend the Posole Kit and he has made it up and said it was really good! Have Several mote Hatch chile products ready for use at a BIB NM and Mexican Dinner on 12/28! Visitors will all cook and bring something from. Tomotilla sauce to street corn! I am the party planner and am excited for all We can send you a picture ! Barbara Phillips Las Vegas Nevada Ps. “Received the 21/2 edible Rista on time - great! Smells great Looks shiny and healthy. We tasted one - good flavor and heat. They were very responsive - involved with chili lovers. Will purchase every year”

“We have ordered frozen tamales, chilis, seasonings, fresh chilis and ristras... phenomenal. Everything tastes great. The fresh chilis are top... makes the best hot sauce after roasting. Quality can't be beat It's as close as you can get to living in New Mexico and going to the market.”
