“I have been eating hatch Chile for over 50 years. Tried others but hatch the best. Any problems with deliveries, which are very rare, taken care of quickly and easily by company. Only wish is for extra hot chiles. Hot not hotenough”

“Definitely order your chilis and salsa's here from The Hatch Chili Store. The salsa is full of flavor, not only heat. But there is heat there too if you order it. And the chilis hold so much flavor and freshness. I also had some questions for the company and members of this family-run-business family emailed me back until we had the question answered.”

“I live in the north west but Love hatch green chillies, medium heat. I always buy from the local stores but was surprised that this year nobody had them. In desperation I searched and found The Hatch Chile Store. I am a gardener and was disappointed to learn they had leaf miner problems. They have devastated my crops too. I must also say the way they handled the loss was exemplary. I was informed immediately and offered a refund or credit. Or I could simply be patient and see if I could get what I ordered. I chose the later. Today my house was blessed with a 25 lb box of beautiful Hatch green chilies. Way to go hatch! Thank you for being SO exemplary in customer service! I WISH "ALL", businesses would run so smoothly. I will never buy chilies from the store again! You have won my loyalty. Sincerely, Mary from Battleground Washington”

“I ordered the green hatch chile cleaned and chopped and frozen. The box was securely packed so Chile wouldn’t defrost, it was still frozen. I also received an email to expect delivery and place in freezer. Excellent!”

“The chili was fabulous except the hot. To me the hot was hot like it should be. I'm using the medium in burritos this week”

“Chile arrived as scheduled and completely frozen. I had been buying from this company for years whenever I drove back from Albuquerque to Austin where I know live. It was freshly roasted but I didn't like having to deseed and chop it myself. So now I will strickly buy it chopped, frozen and ready to eat. Worth it.”

“When lived in NM is when I became aquatinted with your products. When we moved away & you started online I have continued to buy your products online. We live in a rural area & the stores are just now starting to carry some of your products. So far I am very happy with all that I have purchased. 😊”

“LOVE these Hatch Chile products. My favorites are the Sweet Onion dressing and Green Chilies (medium). We put the green chilies on pork dishes and sweet onion dressing on hash brown potatoes. I just love it.”
