“I love green chile but can’t buy it in stores where I live. The chile has great flavor and their shipping is fast and reliable. The frozen product is well packed with dry ice to prevent partial thawing during shipping.”

“I've been to Hatech and the surrounding area and saw first hand the planting, growing and harvest. The plants are expensive to plant and fragile to process properly. These folks do an impressive job. I've bought bushels that were roasted by roadside stands and peeled and froze the chiles myself, thenstarted with Bueno frozen chile, but this is an excellent product in an easy yo handle form and I'll continue to buy their jars in the future. I suggest you try them too.”

“Recently purchased two 3' ristras that wereshipped to my house in Texas. The products are top notch and survived the shipping just fine. I think 3 chiles fell off. Big deal. I will shop here again. Will try to visit before long”

“I’ve purchased ristras from The Source in New Mexico, and the one we received was even better than what we could have bought in New Mexico itself. It arrived well-packaged with zero breakage, and it’s absolutely beautiful. We ordered the 3-foot size and couldn’t be happier. This will now be an annual purchase for us, and next time we’ll buy two so we can hang one on each side of our doorway. We live in Wisconsin and bought the treated (inedible) version for outdoor décor. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you for such a wonderful product.”

“The Chile was pretty good - the bag was marked "hot" but the chiles are actually "medium", but that's okay, as I had purchased "medium" anyway, so all is well. The quantity seemed spot-on, too! I did not weigh them, but I believe there were 16 chiles in each bag to make them one pound. The quality was superb - I feel like someone hand-picked each chile to make sure they were roasted, skinned, in pretty good shape, and weighed about 1oz each - this part was impeccable. The price is a little steep at $1.60 a pound, but they were shipped right away in amazing frozen packaging with excellent quality, as mentioned. Overall, it was a good deal, and I'm very happy.”

“First order, wrong item shipped! Ordered hot, whole, frozen NM Green Chile. Called after wrong item received and correct item was supposed to be shipped yesterday, but as of this evening, still have not received the 2 packs of HOT green chile. Hopefully, will receive Thursday (tomorrow).Milton Davis, Kansas City, Mo 64119 Replacement order with hot chiles arrived today! Thank you and we will be ordering again I’m sure!”
