“Website is easy to use. cCommunication around shipping changes is superb and the chile itself vibrant, fleshy and delicious. Having lived in New Mexico for 53 years and recently moved to the east coast, I'd be lost without my annual shipment of green chile that I roast and freeze upon arrival. The Hatch Green Chile store saves me from being too homesick”

“I'd like to thank you for offering this product/procedure to all. Here are my inputs: 1) The green chili pods (both boxes) were VERY fresh! 2) The 25# hot box...they were not hot at all. Very Disappointed. I do understand that it's not about the heat, but these didn't even have a 'bite'. When we eat at Pepper Pot, they are so hot I can't taste anything. 3) We usually go to the Hatch Festival (will be there next Friday) and get the 40 pound sacks. Last year they were $45 ea., up $10 from the year before. You know where I'm going with this? But we wanted to try your service anyway and again I thank you for providing it.”

“It took awhile,the wait was worth it.thankyou for explaining that a worm got into some of the crop.once it was picked,very fast delivery.Great followup on the delivery schedule. Very satisfied since my billing address and the receiver were different. Will use you again?”

“Exactly as advertised. Every chile was fresh. I immediately roasted 10 under the broiler and made a cheese dip with homemade goat cheese - yum! I put the rest in the refrigerator for 4 days before I could roast them and they still came out great. I ordered Xtra Hot 🔥 and they are hot! Love them. I haven't had Hatch chiles for 30+ years! I roasted the remaining chiles on my Weber grill with chunks of oak over charcoal to create a flame - only took minutes. There were 74 chiles in a 5 pound box. They all peeled very nicely 👌 I portioned them out in 4, 8, and 16 ounce bags, vacuum sealed and froze them. Will definitely order more!”

“I ordered 36 bottles. They were shipped in one box. That box was incredibly HEAVY. My expectation was 3 one dozen boxes would be used (I had 3 separate kinds of salsa shipped. I am unlikely to order more than a dozen bottles in the future. BUMBER!”

“As a native New Mexican and living there my entire life it was very upsetting to think after moving to Florida in 2023 that I would not be getting my "Chile Fix". You guys changed all that!! I have ordered my chile from you since I have moved and have not been disappointed. This year I ordered 25 lbs of Xtra Hot and 25 lbs of Hot, all fresh! Like the "Old" saying goes, "You can take the kid out of New Mexico but you can't take New Mexico out of the kid" Love you guys!!!”
