“Had my order arrived timely it would have been 5 stars. UPS took 5 days to deliver an overnight package, mainly because it sat over a weekend. The chiles were acceptable but would have been much better if they were 2 days fresher. You should probably ship earlier in the week if you use UPS since they are notoriously unreliable. At least that way the chances of a shipment sitting over a weekend (when they do not deliver) would be much less.”

“This was a first time ordering fresh chile from the Hatch Chile Store. We always have purchased your product in cans from the local grocery stores, but this took the experience to a new level. Although it took some time to roast the chiles. it was well worth it. We will order again in the future!”

“My wife is a native of Santa Fe and I lived there for 10 years so we need our chile every year. Hatch is the only chile. Thank you for the great chile and how easy your team is to work with. Roasted the chile this weekend and the taste took me back to Santa Fe.”

“For the past two years I have purchased the 25 lbs of Xtra hot green and you dry red. I love your Chile. When I was in Reduso I made it a point to go into your store and made purchases. Unfortunately the 25 lbs I bought this year sat in a warehouse and half were bad. Was told I would receive a new shipment which was needed by the 8/26 for Chile to be made for my son's wedding on the 28th. I bragged about it,but no chile came instead sarcasm via email from your customer service. Will see if it arrives next week.”

“I received my order in a very timely fashion. The chiles were fresh picked and the smell was incredible. I ordered the hot and I was not disappointed. I also ordered the jarred hot green chile. Again I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend this company to get your hatch Chiles from!”

“I recieved my order for 10 lbs of Roasted, Chopped, Hot Green Chile. It is of very poor quality having lots of seeds and black skin mixed in. This is not the quality I used to get from the Hatch Chile Store.”

“I live in Florida but was a native of New Mexico. I grew up eating this authentic chili since I was little. Being able to order from your farm to my dinner table, is a blessing and a reminder of how much I miss the taste of home! My husband and I order from you quite often. Best shipping considering that the chili and tamales & reillanos is frozen. Arriving still frozen, that is amazing!”
