“My purchase of two - one foot long ristras and a bag of freeze dried Hatch green chiles, arrived quicker than expected-perfect timing. The ristras were packaged with care, I didn't lose a single chile, and they look amazing hanging from the front of my southwestern barn. They smelt like Heaven, too, when I opened the boxes. I'd never tried freeze dried Hatch chilies before. But WOW! I'm hooked. They are unbelievably fresh and the perfect blend of heat and spice. Love Love Love Hatch Chile Store!”

“I ordered hot but received mild there emailed Angel in how we can make tis right. Angel said there was nothing to be done because I ordered mild. I NEVER order mild. I'll be ordering another source from now on. I've referred multiple people to oreder from Hatch but now I will tell them otherwise.”

“I placed an order several days before Christmas and paid extra for two-day air delivery. However, the package is not scheduled to arrive until January 8. The company did not bother to tell me that my gift is VERY delayed - Pony Express would have been faster! I found out from UPS. Last time I will order from Hatch.”

“Every single thing I buy from The Hatch Chile Store is a quality and tasty product. I use a lot of whole and chopped chili and it’s perfect! The other products have taken over my kitchen as well. This year I’m trying dehydrated Hatch chili a new product for me. The chili powders are far superior to anything grocery stores have. I’m a returning customer and will continue to be”

“I grew up in Las Cruces NM where chile was amazing. Now living on the east coast, they have no idea what real chile is!! So glad to find Hatch Chile Store a few years ago. Recently I purchased the whole chile and green chile stew for myself and sent my son is Florida 10 lbs frozen chopped. Christmas is gonna be great!”
