“I was hesitant to puchase the medium heat due to my sensitive stomach. I purchased it anyway and it did not dissapoint. We may try the hot next time. We used to roast our own chiles but my area of Florida (Tampa/Clearwater) no longer carries fresh hatch chiles in August anymore. We havent been able to find them for 2 years. I called every store in the area with no luck. So we decided to order online. Very happy and I recieved then in 24 hours. Thank You.”

“I bought tamales and salsa and frozen roast chilies online from this place: everything arrived quickly and perfectly. Frozen stuff was frozen. But number 1, so tasty. In particular the frozen roast chilies are a big boost to my culinary quality.”

“Chiles arrived packed perfectly and perfectly frozen. Care was taken, obviously, to make sure that happened. Shipping was also fast! I made the New Mexico Chile Verde recipe from the site and it was delicious! I really miss the taste of home so I am happy to have it back in my life!”

“I got my 10 lb box of Hatch green chiles last week. I got a notification prior to shipping telling me when to expect them, which was great so I could plan to roast and freeze them the next day. They arrived fresh and I made chile cheeseburgers that night! I couldn't be happier with the Hatch Chile Store, and will definitely order from them again.”

“First time buying frozen processed chiles, we always process our own and freeze the chiles so we have them throughout the year. The box arrived and was quickly opened to check as instructed, and everything was perfectly frozen. Easy, peasy! Chile rellenos on the menu!! Thanks!!!”

“In one order, 2 of 22 chilis were thrown out immediately as they were cut & oozing liquid; the remaining 20 had pest holes &/or were dried & wrinkled. Roasted them anyway but don't know the tasre. Second order of x-hot shipped across the country via usps(dumb) & insufficient notification to change shipping methods. Chilis were bland, not extra hot.”

“Placed two orders on separate days and received my first order within two days from the shipping date. Roasted, peeled, frozen the day after I received the box and the chile smelled so good roasting and tasted even better. My second box of chile was delayed and the chile had begun to wilt so I had to speed up the roasting. The chiles in the second box were smaller, maybe because they are the extra hot but they smelled good and tasted just as good and yes they were extra hot just the way I like green chile.”
