“I have just tried one of the 6 varieties in the assortment that was my first purchase. It added zip to my regular breakfast of eggs and salmon. It would be very helpful if you would include a booklet of good recipes, especially with first time orders.”

“I've been ordering the 575 Hatch Chili in Red( mostly), but I also enjoy the green. My only complaint, ands not a major thing is the cost of shipping. The shipping is adequate, and the product has always arrived packed expertly, and not damaged. Great product!!!”

“I love the Hatch Chile Store! Ordering was easy. The sale prices were excellent. Shipping was prompt, and everything arrived still frozen. The best part is that the Tamales, Chimichangas and Rellenos I ordered are all first rate. They won't last long at our house.”

“I know hand made but the cross was much shorter on left side than right. Was disappointed the shape wasn’t as good a in years past. The circle one was perfect. Was wanting to order another cross but am leaning towards not as I am afraid it will be shorter on on side.”

“My irder was placed in November for a Christmas delivery. I received an e-mail stating my order would be held until 12/17 and would take 5 to 7 days to be delivered. It was received and beauriful but I didn't understand the holding of the order. It was obviously a Christmas decoration.”

“The 2 stars are for the heat rating you offer MILD, MEDIUM, HOT, I ordered medium unfortunately it was a NO HEAT WHAT SO EVER , Chiles should have a little heat these did not.”

“The items that were shipped frozen arrived 5 days after shipment and thawed. Not happy about this as I preordered To have in time for Christmas As someone who lives alone, 6 dozen tamale’s was a bit too much for me to cook and eat. I guess I won’t be ordering again”

“All the food/salsa's that I have purchased so far have been delicious and exceptional! I love the chili rellenos both green and red...the chimichangas are to die for.
