“You sent my order of 10 pounds of hot, unroasted Hatch green chiles. While they are still tasty, they are not hot and they are not Hatch chiles with that very distinctive taste. I am very disappointed. I've been roasting chiles in my oven for years without piercing them. This batch was different in that many exploded. I used it as an excuse to thoroughly clean my oven. I suggest you warn your customers and suggest piercing them before roasting.”

“We stopped by for half a bag of fresh roasted hatch chilies and it was a fun experience! Our friend there treated us well, explained the care necessary to keep them fresh on our travels and we luv'd watching the roasting process. Couldn't be more pleased! Thank you!”

“I placed my order for a 25lb box of medium heat Hatch Chilie, like magic, my order was processed, my tracking information quickly followed. My UPS driver was smiling as he carried my box to the door, "this smells great", he said as he handed my box over to me. My first box is roasted and ready for processing, just ordered a second box HOT which I splitting with my nephew who also ordered his own box of medium Hatch Chile when he saw my post on FB.”

“My 10 pound box of chilis arrived at 5:00 PM and by 11:00 PM they were roasted, peeled, seeded and placed in zip lock bags and in the freezer. Roasting for me is easy. I have a propane charcoal lighter, hand-held small burner. This is done out side on my three-burner stove with a sheet of expanded metal on it. Only the hand-held torch was used. My UPS driver came to the door with this box and a big grin telling me he had to enjoy the aroma of this box of green chilis all day in his truck.”

“Exceptional customer service. Even above the best green chili in NM. Delivery was on point. I will say that Hot is pretty close to the extra hot we've had in the past (actually still have some). Pics and videos is my little piece of NM in Lakeland Fl. Thank you”

“Do not order online, this company is a disgrace to the great state of new mexico. This place has no regards to the customer, they are very quick to charge you 25 dollars for next day delivery, I ordered on a Tuesday during business hours, thinking it would go out Wednesday like it says, nope it goes thru a app called shop, I still have not recieved my order and to put it nice they can't even answer the phone or call a customer back. What a disgusting way to do business. I would have gave zero stars if it let me.”
