“Past years have been excellent. This year was a disappointment. Chiles were long and thin, and thin walled. I don’t know if they were picked too early. They also didn’t roast easily.”

“Ordered our box of Chilies back in June before the harvest. Once the harvest started, got regular updates about harvest progress, got a message before shipment and our chilies were shipped overnight to us. They were very fresh. Wow did they roast up nicely and taste greate! Excellent service,”

“I lived in southern Colorado for over 25 years and currently live in the northeast. The Hatch Chile Store allows me to have fresh Big Jim’s sent to my door. “10 pounds of med. chiles arrived as ordered. Very clean and I roasted them the next day on the grill. Froze 68 in meals of four. There were a few chiles that were cut improperly and I chopped them up and put them in some leftovers and enjoyed the taste. Really good!”

“First time ordering from your company. Took 3 weeks for delivery. I was expecting all chilis to be fresh, actually it was a 50/50 split of fresh vs what appeared to be weeks old chilis. Mixed batch was green and red chilis. All in all, I unfortunately expected higher quality.”

“i LIKED THE OVERNIGHT DELIVERY THE HATCH CHILI STORE PROVIDED FOR THE CHILI I ORDERED. iT IS NOT THE HATCH CHILI STORES FAULT FOR THE DELAY BY UPS IN DELIVERING THE CHILI ONCE THE CHILI REACHED THE UPS HOME FACILITY. THE CHILI ARRIVED AT THE HOME FACILITY AROUND 10:00 AM AND WAS DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE UNTIL AFTER 5:00 PM. WITH THE CHILI RIDING IN BACK OF A UPS TRUCK THAT LONG WITH OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES 90+ DEGREES, AND INTERNAL TRUCK TEMPERATURES AT ???, IT WAS FORTUNATE THAT THE CHILI DID NOT SPOIL. DESPITE THE HEAT, THE CHILI ARRIVED FIRM AND SMELLED REALLY GOOD WITH NO SPOILAGE. WHICH WAS GREAT. I'M PLANNING ON ORDERING HATCH GREEN CHILI AGAIN NEXT YEAR AS IT IS GREAT TO THE TASTE. HOPEFULLY BY THAN UPS WILL HAVE A BETTER PLAN ON DELIVERING PERISHABLES IN A TIMELY MANNER.”

“There was a mixup in the info I received on my delivery date. I contacted them and they promptly responded back to me and explained the mixup. Very pleased with the handling of the mixup and with my chile order that was delivered a day earlier than expected. Would Definitely Recommend The Hatch Chile Store. Great taste and Great Service.”
