“We were not notified that it had been shipped only had a confirmation. So we received the package a day later. The contents were thawed but still cold so we put it in the freezer. I fixed the items as I had before when we had ordered these items. They did not taste good and if there was any chicken I never found any. Less than an hour after I was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. My husband was shortly after. I bought hundreds of dollars worth but have decided to throw it all away.”

“I ordered 4 jars of salsa that cost me with delivery on the 23rdof November and i still havent recived it very dissapointed i definatly won't be ordering anything from your company again, i was looking forward of trying your salsa , but still havent got it.”

“Very hard to write a review, we have not received our order after placing it over two weeks ago. I try the tracking number provided, and the response is a label has been generated. Two days ago the tracking number identified the shipment will be here December 15th”

“We received our order of green tamales and green chili relleno. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the relleno. The green chili was very tough and minimal amount of cheese. Thankfully you customer service lady helped me and we are getting a replacement of red chili tamales. Thank you”

“We bought an assortment of six salsas and sauces. They are wonderful. Shipping was fast and the bottles were sent safely in "egg carton" bcontainers which prevented any breakage.”

“This tastes nothing like I thought it would. I don’t know what kind of chile was used to make this but I was expecting the taste of hatch dried red chile like used to make enchiladas sauce. This smells and taste like it has tomatoes in it and is sweet tasting. Very very disappointed and I spent 70 some dollars for six jars and shipping. And I don’t know what to do with it.”

“Exceptional product and at a great price. I use the Hatch Chile Store's Green Chile's in a custom sourdough loaf with Calabrian peppers (from a different source) and extra sharp cheese. I call it my Santa Fe Sourdough®, and it burst out of the oven looking "Christmas Tree", which is something only New Mexicans will understand. The price per pound seems expensive, even for an exceptionally high-quality product. Don't be misled - the price per pound is the exact same as inferior grocery store and big box stores, once you account for the water weight in the inferior products....same price, but The Hatch Chile Store product is 5x better. See my attached photo. A competing brand in a jar is approximately 66% water. By the time you strain the water and weigh the product for inclusion in the sourdough dough, you have paid the same price per pound but are only left with a jam type consistency from the competitor - not the amazing whole cut Hatch Chile product that The Hatch Chile Store has! Place a large order with friends and save even more. You will be amazed”

“Wonderful chiles both canned and frozen for Christmas and birthday presents. Even glass items arrive without any damage. Dry ice has kept frozen items even when shipped in warm weather. At last a place to find great Hatch chiles. I love the medium heat green chiles in soups, chile rellenos, and fresh salsas. My new favorite store for presents to family members across the country. Very easy shopping for foods they all love.”

“I have had wonderful service from the store That is why I keep ordering. One suggestion on your chile rellenos. Though roasted, they are leaving too much skin on the flesh of the chile making it hard to cut through the relleno. Thanks”

“I have just tried one of the 6 varieties in the assortment that was my first purchase. It added zip to my regular breakfast of eggs and salmon. It would be very helpful if you would include a booklet of good recipes, especially with first time orders.”
