“I placed a phone order. The sales person was very helpful, and when asked, she offered her suggestions on the best procedures to make red Chile sauce from the dried chile pods. I will definitely use them again to order red and green chile products.”

“Hello Preston family from the New England area of CT. Recently we had our 4th annual chile roast which I started after growing up in Albuquerque and sharing with now many of my friends who love them. We have gone from 50lbs a season to now just recently of 250#'s and next year will be even bigger I'm sure. I would just like to share that I had asked my friends to purchase their own quantities and use the guarantee fresh shipping method which they did. Unfortunatly one 25# box showed up with some rotten ones in it and heard he was only compensated for a portion of the order. I am disappointed that this was the case. He was able to salvage some fresh ones but the fact that they didn't come as fresh as the other 225lbs gives him some concern when he cooks them. I just wanted to share this with you because I want participants to trust me when they order and pay extra for the quarantee fresh shipping. Regards, Jeff”
