“I normally buy the 575, but ordered the Salsa by mistake. I have a breakfast hash of eggs, sausage, and hash browns. I add some 575 to it for an incredible flavor. I added the Salsa and wasn't disappointed. This flavor reminds me of my years in New Mexico and Colorado. Thanks.”

“Received chile when promised. I ordered the mild chile. It has a 'little' warmth, but would not call it hot. The flavor of the chile is 10/10. I've been eating hatch chile for many years. This is the flavor you are hoping for. Will buy again next season. THX”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The store kept me informed of the status of my package by emails and the box arrived on time. The chiles were firm and fresh upon arrival. It took me awhile to roast the chiles on my gas stovetop, but I have them stored for chile in the winter. I ordered chiles last year too, and made chile verde with chicken and tomatillos.”
