“Even though i live in the Northeast, my new fall tradition is to order fresh Hatch chilis from September to October. Nothing is better than to wake up and smell the chilies roasting for breakfast with a cool fall wind blowing outside, a special time of year for me. The peppers are always good quality and the right amount of heat Thanks Hatch!”

“Have ordered from this business before and had a couple of issues but this last time taught me to never order from them again. Ordered xhot chili for the simple reason that that is what we like. Received the equivalent of lettuce and when I called to question if I could possibly get what I ordered and paid for I was offered 20% off my next order. Explanation was that the weather had not cooperated so I was sent what they had. Asked for supervisor callback, never received any. Native of Mimbres Valley, we know our Chile.”

“For over 20 years, as a former Texan, Californian, New Mexican and current Washingtonian, I have depended on Hatch Chile Store to bring me the singular chile experience I crave on an almost daily basis. All of their products are high quality and unique for their taste profiles, in particular their sauces, salsas and obviously the fresh and frozen chiles. Their customer support and on time delivery speak to Hatch Chile Stores commitment to their customers. Heaven help us poor expats if Hatch Chile Stores closes or worse gets bought out their products “homogenized” for mass sales.”

“We love Hatch Chile. When we moved from Albuquerque to Key West we were wondering how we were going to get this product. Online of Course and I'm happy to say we order every year!! We roast them right here in the Conch Republic. I'm known as the Tamale Man here in Key West...and what goes in my Tamales? Hatch Green Chile!! And I love when the FedEx Driver shows up with a smile on her face becuase her truck smells like Hatch Green Chile. And she leaves little notes on the box...so sweet. Thank you Hatch for having a Hatch Chile Store!!”

“I purchase from you and it took months and months for the chile to be delivered. I even paid for expedited shipping, which was finally refunded after a couple months, then they were back ordered, then they were moving warehouses or something like that, then it was another excuse. I will not buy again from them to have something shipped to family out of state. I gave them 2 stars because my family enjoyed the chile itself, once they received it that is. I will buy it myself from the store and ship it myself to the family.”

“The Hatch Chili Store is where I immediately go to purchase chili spices that I use of course in my chili recipe but also on my chopped veggies which I air fry. I love their spice mix on omelets and I use it in meatloaf. And to add to the unique specialness of this store, they made a donation to the charity of my choice during the Giving week of Thanksgiving! A truly 5 Star store! Pauline Tucson, AZ”
