“Unfortunately we had many issues with shipping Chile was spoiled and moldy, some shipments didn’t arrive because shipping company threw it away because it was spoiled and we ended up with green chile with no spice or flavor. We’ve ordered before and it was great, this year unfortunately was a disappointment.”

“Fantastic flavorful green chiles, accurately described by heat level. I've ordered medium, hot, and extra hot fresh chiles, and hot frozen roasted and chopped chiles and never been disappointed. They ship fast, and the fresh chiles arrive in great shape for roasting. Their suggestions for recipes have been solid as well!”

“Ordered fresh green chile with shipping to Hawaii. This was the second year I was able to order from them. All 10 lbs of the chile arrived without any splits, bugs, and relatively clean. Shipping was straightforward and quick, was able to store the chile until roasting it a few days later. Next year I plan on ordering 25 lbs of the Hot. Flavor is great and takes me back.”

“There selections are all excellent. We now use their spicy mustard on everything. The chile reallno is one of our favorites. The shipping is rapid and great packaging. I suggest every try there excellent sauces.”

“Fantastic business. I order a bushel of the green every year and this year was exceptional. I occasionally get the red chile as well and it is just as delicious. “Chiles arrived in great condition. These were nice and large medium peppers. Grilling was easy and we're then frozen for my winter supply. Taste is absolutely outstanding. I use many in soups and stews. I've yet to be disappointed in an order. Thus was my third year of ordering and it won't be my last.”

“I have enjoyed hatches green chili for many many years. I used to make it with my dad during the winter time. I don’t make it as often now because I live in Florida instead of Colorado and Florida doesn’t get very cold often but I will. I have my chilies in my freezer and I will be making chili very very soon”

“I have a website and Facebook business page where I share our favorite family recipes. This year we decided to do a Hatch Green Chile series. I purchased 5 lb of fresh Hatch Chiles. During the week we definitely put them to good use and enjoyed some of our favorite recipes. Here’s a sampling of what we created so we could get some photos to go with our recipes when they are posted. The chiles were phenomenal and the cooking series was a blast. I highly recommend ordering from the Hatch Chile store. Friday - Green Chile Nachos. Saturday - Green Chile Bacon McMuffin and Green Chile Burger. Sunday - Green Chile Omelet and Green Chile Wellington. Monday - Chile Rellano. Tuesday - Green Chile Shrimp & Grits. Wednesday - Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas. Thursday - Green Chili Frittata. Friday - Green Chile Corn Muffins. Sunday - Green Chile Queso Fries.”
