“This is the BEST option for chile' that is not fresh roasted. I grew up in New Mexico and moved to East Texas where no one knows what red or green chile' is. The Hatch Chile Store sells chile that tastes like my childhood! Thank you for all you do!”

“I ordered Xtra hot fresh and unfortunately received inferior product. They refused to reship or refund based on “policy”. After many years of purchases, the one time I had an issue and they refused to make it right.”

“I used to get the Hot Green Chile Roast. I ordered a jar of the Jalepeno (Hot) Roast. It is the best! It's great on eggs and steak and so much more. I liked it so much I ordered 3 more jars. Thank you Hatch Chile Store. And I do like spicy chiles. It's the way my mom made it.”

“I’ve ordered from the Hatch Chile Store for a few years now and have never had an issue until this delivery. To be fair, the chile is flavorful and pretty accurate to the right heat level. If you miss smelling the roasters, the smell of flavor of this will bring you home. My only issue this time was that one of the packages opened and there was freezer burn. Thus the four stars. Really should be about 4 3/4 stars.And yes, this makes me one of those people who gets 10 great packages and then just complains about the 11th bad one. I’ll own that.”
