The jars of beautiful green Chile eliminate the worry of thawed shipped green Chile. Will be serving the traditional green Chile gravy over mashed potatoes this Christmas! Delicious!”

“I'm a native New Mexican living in coastal Connecticut. I literally crave the warm smells and flavors of traditional southwest cousine. The Hatch Chile Store has as allowed be to hold on to a little piece of home, and for that I am m grateful. The packaging is secure and the flavors are on point with both the red chili sauce and roasted green chilies. Thank you for making my comfort food available to me and others.”

“Our children have grown and moved away to live in their own journeys so we have started a tradition to send them a bit of New Mexico's treasure which they sorely miss. We're so grateful to The Hatch Chili store for their fast safe delivery.
