“We look forward to getting a yearly shipment of hatch chilies to roast in our backyard. We now live in the south, and they just don’t have any spicy, tasty food like what we grew up with in CO/NM. The chillies are always top quality, and last for weeks whether we roast small batches or a single large batch. This company is top notch!”

“Hatch chiles are genuine and delicious. They are delivered protected by freezer packs to ensure their flavor and freshness. I always get the medium heat level but the hot are so good too. Once you start adding them to your recipes, you start seeing how many places they can be included. I am so happy I know about these chilis and have told all my friends about them.”

“I live in California and finding fresh Hatch here is not possible. I order fresh Hatch chile from you every year. The box this year was wonderful! Every year is wonderful! I stand at my stove roasting and steaming and bagging and freezing so that I have enough for all year.”
