“I purchase from you and it took months and months for the chile to be delivered. I even paid for expedited shipping, which was finally refunded after a couple months, then they were back ordered, then they were moving warehouses or something like that, then it was another excuse. I will not buy again from them to have something shipped to family out of state. I gave them 2 stars because my family enjoyed the chile itself, once they received it that is. I will buy it myself from the store and ship it myself to the family.”

“I have been purchasing Hatch frozen chilies for over 20 years since moving from New Mexico. I now reside in Georgia and I awaiting the availability of the latest season of frozen chilies. Green product.”

“The Hatch Chili Store is where I immediately go to purchase chili spices that I use of course in my chili recipe but also on my chopped veggies which I air fry. I love their spice mix on omelets and I use it in meatloaf. And to add to the unique specialness of this store, they made a donation to the charity of my choice during the Giving week of Thanksgiving! A truly 5 Star store! Pauline Tucson, AZ”

“Last year I had purchased two bags of red chili from your store and what I received for two bags that said Barker‘s chili on the back. Now I understand, I grew up in New Mexico as a child, and I cut my teeth on red and green chili. The distinctive smell and the taste and especially the color was very distinctive! Well, the two boxes that I received were definitely red chili, but they were not from the house Valley. I was told by someone that worked right there in Hatch, New Mexico. Anybody could call their chili hatch chili just by driving a truck through there with chili on it. That’s a problem, but anyways, we made this chili as I’ve been making it for years and it was definitely not the red chili that I remember getting from hatch. I contacted the hatch store and they made good on sending me additional bags and we are right in the midst right now of preparing them. We kept them dry and cool in a dark place. I’m hoping that this new batch is better than the other batch but the bags still said Barker chili. Who in the heck is Barker chili and where do they source their chili from?”

“Been a customer for years. As always, easy ordering, quick shipping. My green hatch chile arrives frozen, ready for the freezer. This year I did order two 5lb boxes of whole and two 5lb boxes of chopped, thee boxes of chopped and one box of whole arrived. But, no worries, this chile is so good, I will use it chopped or whole.”

“The price of the whole chilis is way to high, and shipping in top of that. This year I bought 30 lbs of Hatch chilis thru my market at 2.99@ lb. They have Hatch roasting days. Also in the past I've purchased chili rellenos, they came frozen but in a huge block not individual, had to chisel them apart, not good.”

“You all fill a need by many like me who miss New Mexico green chili. I love HOT chili yours is never hot enough for me. I know some hatch chilis are real hot but not the ones you sell. I tried a bushel of your extra hot and found it a bit hotter but not the hot that I grew up with. Please consider making really hot chili for those like me. Thanks”
