“Ordered two different levels of heat of hatch chiles. Chiles arrived in great condition (all intact; none damaged in transit). I grilled all the chiles, peeled off the skins, and vacuum-sealed most for future use). These chiles add amazing flavor to anything I add them to. They are much better than pre-canned chiles I can find locally.”

“Nothing like as advertised, wasn’t very good and definitely not worth $25 but the worst part is after a year they went and charged me again for a new order and won’t answer their business phone to or call me back. So they just decide to charge people who they have your info already . Shady business practices”

“We have purchased 25 lbs of hatch chiles the last few years and they are always delivered very fresh. We get the medium spice level which is perfect for us. We roast them and freeze them so we can make Pork Chili Verde and homemade salsa throughout the year.”

“I have been ordering from this company for years, all I can say they are wonderful to work with. If something goes wrong with shipments they make right. Look forward to my awesome green chiles every year! I like the fact they send me tracking numbers, so I call UPS and have them hold the fresh chilies, then I go pick them up so they are not on hot truck all day.”

“This store is a great source for getting your New Mexico chile. Having lived in in Taos and Santa Fe area for near 30 years the chile has become a staple. I haven’t tried their ready made products but likely pretty good.”
