“Shipped on time. Some Chiles were a little small and some were squashed in shipping but they were hot as requested and have been delicious so far. We have lots in the freezer.”

“For years now, I've place orders with Hatch Chile Store and always had great product and service. My sister loves the chile rellanos which I can get to her even in South Dakota. And being in AZ, the diced chile is always in the freezer because some days ya just gotta make the stew.”

“The chiles were very fresh and delicious. The process of mailing was very smooth. We were alerted when they would be mailed, when they will arrive and even between what hours. Hatch Chile Store was absolutey wonderful to work with. We will for sure order more hatch green chiles in the future.”

“The chiles arrived at our house in Maine still fresh and smelling of the field! My husband roasted them on the grill and we bagged them up. I've already cooked with them, and they are fantastic!”

“I have ordered frozenHatch green Chile several times and was always pleased with the product. However, last year, the chile I received, which was supposed to be extra hot, turned out to be very mild like green pepper. I wrote back to your company asking for a refund or a new shipment, but it was denied. I still have all the packages still in my freezer. Very disappointed. Sincerely, Mary Louise Paschall”

“Growing up in New Mexico and then moving to the Midwest I lost a big part of my culture, the food! I was pleasantly surprised to find that hatch chili store was able to ship me my chili. Both orders arrived as is expected, and roasting began, and I can't wait till I get to do it all over again. Great job!!”

“We pre-ordered chilis and they arrived fresh and in good condition. We roasted them right away, using instructions found on their website, and it was easy and fun. We froze the roasted chilis to use all year. The chilis are delicious. It was a little pricey to have them delivered, so we're considering making a trip down to the Hatch Valley next year at harvest time to buy a lot more and bring them back to Idaho in a couple of large coolers. We'll make a vacation trip out of it.”

“My annual order of Hatch green chiles arrived a week ago. Two days later, I roasted and peeled them. As usual, a few were kept whole but most were chopped and made into a cooked salsa. I portion this into 21 cup jars and freeze it for use during the year. This year's "mild" crop is milder than last years with just a bit of heat. As usual, The Hatch Chile Store's communication and service is stellar. The 4 star review is because I found their prepared, jarred salsas almost too salty to eat.”
