“You will never go wrong with any of Hatch Chile Store's food products but I just purchased my first ristra and am not disappointed. I've purchased several online since we moved away from New Mexico and this one is more beautiful and fresh than any others I've received! They are my chile go to!”

“Purchased a 13" wreath and 2 chili ristras. They were sent to Redmond, Oregon from New Mexico. The purchased items arrived in great shape. However, for a company that ships worldwid, the recipients stated that the items had no packing. It's a miracle they arrived so nicely.”

“I was so happy to find a reliable source to purchase beautiful ristras. I normally travel to New Mexico this time of year to find a couple to have at my home. The problem with that is that they can be hard to find and you cannot always count on the quality of what you do find on the market. While I enjoy my trips to New Mexico and will continue to visit, I have now found that reliable source. Thank you for such quality workmanship.”

“I have been a customer for a while, me biggest disappointment is the unavailability of the extra hot green Chile, besides that the price is a bit high but living in NC and not NM anymore thats the consequence. I have my own roaster but it's just too much work for the amount I use. I'd gladly accept a free product for my time. Lol”

“As past residents of both Texas and New Mexico we have always loved hatch chile product. Now that we live in Florida where the availabilty is slim to none, the Hatch Chile Store has become our "go to" store. Our favorite "six pack" is 6 jars of medium fresh red chile. The packaging is superb, ordering on-line is quick and easy, and delivery is fast and welcome. Thanks for being there for us. Mark”
