“The chilli/cheese tamales were very disappointing. No cheese very little chilli. Basically a tamale wrapper with corn meal. I don’t mind spending a lot for good quality, but this was not quality.”

“Let me just say, Hatch Chile Store is the only place you should buy your chili's from!! The Chili's arrive frozen and in great condition. “My girlfriend is from New Mexico and these extra hot green chiles are her favorite. We get these shipped to New York for the holidays and just for the heck of it sometimes. We also love their green and red chile tamales. Customer service quickly handled the one minor problem I ever had instantly. They were very responsive. Great company!”

“This is the third year we bought 🥵 diced green 🌶️ from this vendor. The order process is easy and good selection, but it’s not as hot as hoped. The dicing keeps getting larger. Almost an inch in some cases. And I wish they would state the variety. Extremely quick and perfect delivery.”

“I won't go into to much detail, but this company has the greatest customer service ever. In today's world of not caring about customers, dealing with The Hatch Chile Store was a breath of fresh air.
