“Love my Hatch! Native New Mexican living in Texas so I live for the frozen hatch chile!! The Hatch Chile Store has always delivered quickly and quality products. I have purchased several items as well as frozen chile in the past years as well as some of the Christmas bundles as gifts for family who also miss everything Hatch!! Will always buy from this family run business! Frozen items brilliantly packaged, arrived seemingly overnight & still frozen. Can’t say enough great things about them! Definitely and highly recommend”

“As a native New Mexican, with a huge green and red chile craving, now residing in Fort Worth it is great to be able to purchase chile without the long drive back to Albuquerque. There are several online Chilie stores, the Hatch Chile Store is the only one that I am aware of that offers hand peeled Chile. For a family like ours that roasted and peeled their own chile for decades, being able to have true New Mexico Chile again, without the peeling, is wonderful. Their packaging and attention to shipment scheduling is great. UPS recently delivered my order two days late, although the dry ice had melted completely, all of the Chile products were still frozen solid. BTW, thank you for having a review platform that does not require a social media account.”

“I recently ordered the mild green chili. I believe next time I will order the medium as the mild are a bit bland, lacking the green chili flavor we love. 3 Stars I also ordered the green chili and cheese tamales but was not too impressed with these. Hardly any green chili and cheese filling, mostly masa. I sent a message to the Hatch Green Chili Store about this but never heard back. Perhaps I just got a batch of whimpy tamales?? Kind of pricey at 75.00 for 12 small tamales. 1 star Just stick with the Green Chili and purchase in bulk, you can't go wrong.”

“I buy 50 lbs of green and 25 of red every year. This was my first time buying tamales. I am a native of NM, born and raised in ABQ. Attended West Mesa high school and UNM. I have spent the last 60 years enjoying NM chile, my homemade posole and now your tamales will be on my list. Myrna is GREAT!”

“Roasted hatch green chile / Chile rellenos: Order arrived quickly and properly packaged to keep contents fresh. The green chiles arrived in separate vacuum sealed 1lb pouches and were nicely roasted, peeled, and chopped which was a huge time saver for their intended use - pork green chile. The rellenos are battered, which isn’t my preference, but still very tasty when lightly fried and smothered in the aforementioned pork green chile. This was my first experience ordering from The Hatch Chile Store and I will undoubtedly be a lifelong customer based on the service and products offered.”
