“I have always loved hatches chilies they have an awesome flavor when I lived in Arizona I used to go and get them where they roasted them and they were excellent I will be ordering more thank you so much for putting them up so we can order them. I would recommend them for anybody if they want some good chili”

“The mustard is the best! Not overly spicy or sweet…just the perfect whole grain mustard. I have handed out bottles to friends and family. That’s how much I like it. Shipping is fast and easy as well!”

“This was my first order with Hatch Chili and it arrived really fast. I was pleasantly surprised with the packing and how well it was wrapped. My husband has seen videos everywhere of people eating the hatch green chili sauce on everything so he wanted to try it. We will be trying it today for the first time! So excited!”

“We purchased two 3-foot Hatch Chile Ristras to hang over the veranda in our new home in Santa Fe. We've seen them around town and know they are part of the culture here. They arrived within a couple days and it was clear that they were meticulously prepared and wrapped. They are absolutely gorgeous and we are so glad we purchased from this local familly-owned farm. We definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to add some southwestern charm to their home with Hatch Chile Ristras!”

“I recently bought an order of chili Rellenos. The package arrived damaged and the product was at room temperature. I called the company and they corrected the issue. I was pleased with the customer service. I have since made two additional purchases for my family and friends. I highly recommend this chili. As a former resident of New Mexico it’s the best chili that you can buy, bar none. Thank you Hatch!”
