“We bought Hatch Chiles yearly when we lived in Colorado. Roasted, peeled, packed into bags and into the freezer. We ate them on everything all year round. We now live in Florida and this is the second year we have ordered online and had them shipped to us. They arrived in perfect condition. We are so happy to still be able to enjoy them year round. “I ordered 50 lbs of Medium Hatches Chili's. I recieved them at 12:30 on Wednesday and spent 6 hours roasting them. I separated the Chili's by size, I did this to accommodate the dishes I will be making throughout winter. I have already made a pot of Green chili and chili renos. The heat and spice in my Medium Chili's is prefect. I did share with my mom, giving her about 15 lbs for her winter stock. I am so happy to have a taste of home here in Tennessee! Green Chili with Hatches has always been my comfort food and version of chicken noodle soup on sick days! Thank you for your hard work in providing this super food!”

“The chile was very good quality, I had 2 orders and on one of them I changed it to hot instead of medium, which we got however, we got a box of hot and a box of medium chile which the medium was all rotten threw it away, the other was really good quality, I don’t know what happened there. The medium box that I ordered for Moresville was good. It’s very likely that I strongly recommend your Hatch Chile Store.”

“Inaccurate shipping information on website, failure to be proactive in advising of shipping delays. Clearly understaffed in customer service. No compensation offered. Nothing wrong with what I received. The issue was with the process. Harvest is out of their control, but communication and making things right isn't. I won't be a repeat customer.”

“I've ordered from The Hatch Chile Store several times. Each time, my order has arrived promptly and in good condition, and the products are wonderful. I'm still using some recipes that were included in some of my orders, and still exploring new products as they appear. “We have ordered the frozen green chilies the last two years - they are of excellent quality/ just zap the one pound blocks for 20 seconds/ cut off what you need and refreeze the rest / I am a consumer of New Mexico green chilies for 25 years and the hatch chili store is my favoydupplier- enjoy!!!”
