When my box arrived (my first), I literally applauded. Other than efficient delivery, it is so old-school in all the best ways. There is nothing else in the box, no plastic, no packaging ... just a big ol' box of gorgeous Hatch chiles tumbled in there. First-time customer, now life-time customer. The only misstep was mine. I didn't order anywhere close to the number of chiles I should have. So I wait for the next crop. Tick tock.
