The hot whole green chiles this year are barely hot, at the low end of medium at best. Same thing has happened the last couple years, wasn't like that previous years. Shipping was delayed, but that was expected due to COVID so no big deal.
The rellenos were tasty and had medium heat. I air baked them and they came out perfect, would definitely recommend.
