Love the products! I recently bought chile rellenos and tamales for New Year's dinner and they were terrific. They were shipped frozen with dry ice and were still frozen upon arrival. I also bought a couple of jars of sauce... and they were sent USPS, and the box was lost in the Christmas rush. It took seven weeks to arrive! Not the fault of Hatch Chile Store, but it might pay to pay for premium shipping next time.
