Was I charged for the second shipment of 2-dozen tamales and 1-dozen chile rellenos shiped last month?
The first shipment that came were thawed, with out dry ice and I was charged for.
I received the second shipment a little bit better, still had some dry ice in the box.
Let me know if I was charged a second time for the second shipment.
