I bought chile for myself and for several family members. The orders were shipped to as near as Santa Fe, and as far away as Washington DC and New Orleans. Of the 5 orders, all arrived in a timely manner and there were no chiles lost as all were in excellent condition, even towards the end of the season, when you're more likely to find some that are softening. Everyone was thrilled with their chiles. I will order from The Hatch Chile Store every year from now on. The chile itself and transport I would give 5 stars. The only reason I rated the store a 4 instead of a 5 is the struggle with account names and numbers. A little work to make the internet account system a little more user friendly would mean they rate 5 stars all across the board.
