Very please with the product and the company. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleaning of the chilis was a bit less than I anticipated. The website stated that they would be cleaned and peeled less than normal but I thought it would be a bit better. I ordered chopped chili and determined that was a big mistake since peeling little bits of chili took an extremely long time. I also wish I would not have ordered so much. I really am not sure if I want to spend the time on the remaining 8 pounds! LOL. The quality of the chili is fantastic though. Shipping was spot on. I highly recommend this store. I would wait however to order any chopped chili's until the covid restrictions are gone.
