Having lived in SW New Mexico I had the good fortune to enjoy AUTHENTIC rellenos.
I ordered rellenos and red tamales - excellent tamales but the rellenos had almost no cheese filling.
Very disappointed for the cost vs value..
My wife makes a better relleno than yours!
