This was my second order of Chile Rellenos from The Hatch Chile Store—and they are delicious. In the first order, the Chile Rellenos were large and one was filling; but in the latest order, they were all pretty small, more of a side dish than a meal. Not sure if that relates to the harvest and the drought, so I'm giving The Hatch Chile Store the benefit of the doubt. Besides, even if they were small, they were still delicious.
