I Love hatch green Chile. I lived in Denver for near 40 years. Every year near Labor day we would purchase several bushels of Chile from roadside stands. I moved nearly 8 years age and knew I would miss my Chile peppers. Occasionally I can find hatch Chile in local grocers but not always. So I order the 5 pound big Jim medium peppers from the hatch Chile store. The batch arrived timely but half the order was ruined in the transport. I salvaged what I could and contacted customer service. Very quickly a new batch was sent and arrived. I appreciate the no hassle quick response.
