I received a phone call from the Hatch Chile Store on 7/28 with an apology that my hatch order was lost by FedEx and a replacement was being expedited. It is end the day on 7/31 and so far no hatch have arrived. I’m not sure what level of expedites was used but I know originally paid a premium for shipping when I preordered. I’m curious when my order will arrive and what customer recovery looks like for Hatch Chile Store.
