I had to change my rating this time because the Sandia batch was at least 25% immature pods. The surfaces weren't smooth and shiny, without the wall thickness of ripe chilis. Those didn't amount to much after roasting and peeling. Someone got careless - or in a hurry to accumulate five pounds. Very little spoilage though. But, see you next year. I appreciate what you do.
