I ordered 10 pounds each of hot and extra chile to be shipped from NM to AZ (Tucson). When I received them, the peppers looked good. By the time I roasted them (one day after receiving them) half of the box had gone bad. However, I was able to rescue the rest of them and they are superb. It is better, in this heat, to buy them locally, I believe.
