I was very disappointed in my order of green chili and cheese Tamales. They were over salted and over steamed. Steamed to the point of husk looking dark brown to black. I appreciated the delivery as it was very time efficient. That was the only positive part of my order. Very very disappointed with my Hatch order. Gary Mellor
