My order came in two separate shipments. The first shipment with xtra hot and hot chile arrived flawlessly and after roasting, we tasted each and found both to have excellent flavor and heat. The second shipment containing medium chile arrived more than a week later. At first it seemed like another perfect shipment but as I started removing pods for roasting I discovered a half dozen chiles that had basically turned to mush. No big deal, rinsed the rest and then roasted. Again, excellent flavor and correct heat level. We know it's been a tough year for harvesting and shipping but are still thrilled we were able to get our Hatch chile fix!
