After I placed my order, the process got very complicated with conflicting and little communication from the company. In the end I got my chilis (15 days later) and I was generally happy with them but I would not do it again. If it weren't for me dogging it every day (I had to send 8 emails and made 3 calls) I suspect I might still be waiting. I understand that sometimes there are problems -- but the company should make that right for the customer. That didn't happen. I ordered 9/3 and received 9/17. One of my six boxes was about 1/3 rotten. I didn't have the energy to complain. Better to just move on.
