I did try and let your company know that most of my chiles were not good. I included pictures to support@hatch-green-chile.com. This is the response I received Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Fresh Hatch Green Chile order! I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience here! I pulled up your order and saw that you ordered one of our 5lb boxes of Fresh Hatch Green Chile. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes, so we compensate our customers accordingly when spoilage/damage occurs. How many chiles did you lose to spoilage/damage? Again, we apologize for this inconvenience, as we know that you were looking forward to your delicious Hatch Green Chile. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue for you. Thank you, Evan I responded with about six or more chiles being inedible. I never heard anything more.
