Hello, I ordered the $35 box of Hot Red Chile. First if all, half of the order was rotten and the box was wet and of course, had a very bad odor. More important to me was the chile was not Hot as I requested. I do wish I would receive what I paid for. This is the second time ordering and unfortunately will be the last.
