te HCS pizza last night, and wanted to eat 10 times more :) Out of this world. The friendly and helpful customer experience also takes first place. My only challenge, and it is NOT The Hatch Cili Store's problem, in any way, is that the prices are steep for me. I want to buy everything. Sadly, I have to budget carefully. So that makes these products somewhat of a luxury for me. Carry on - these chilis and the foods prepared with them are the very best.
