I ordered 5 last of mild long green chiles. They did not disappoint with the flavor. I was disappointed with the timeliness of shipping as inclement weather kept them from harvesting the week they were supposed to be shipped. I was made aware of the delay and assured they would do everything within their power to ship the following week.
When the chiles arrived, they were fresh, not bruised, and had no spots of rot. I threw them on the grill and roasted those puppies up! Thank you to the Hatch Chile Store for "feeding" my addiction!
