Excellent taste....expensive per pound cost but well worth the convenience and fact that here in CA we cannot get. Medium is sometimes not necessarily medium in heat but still works. This order sat at the FED EX station just 15 miles from me for 5 days!!! so when the chili finally arrived one pack was slightly defrosted. Not sure how to fix that delivery problem.
