I wish I could give you 5 stars everything about our order was great. I am a native of nm and know all about green chili, the chili we received was good not extra hot as it would be if I picked up myself from a local fruit stand in nm, it was not roasted enough to give it some of it great taste, and for 119.00 I could have gotten a few sacks of green chili roasted, so the 10 16oz bags won't go far in our house hold the plan is to drive to get it not order online. This is the only reason I can't give you 5 stars but it does taste good.
