The roasted hatch chilis are fantastic, perfect for adding to many recipes. The recipes on the site are great, I've tried a few already. My only complaint is in shipping. First of all praise for using biodegradable packing. From your house to my house was 3 days. I'm guessing the dry ice ran out somewhere on day 2. The chilis arrived in a semi-frozen state. They seemed to re-freeze OK though.
