Still waiting for my “pre-order” that was placed on 9/26
I placed my “pre-order” for 10lbs of chopped green chilies on 9/26. On 11/16 I sent an email saying that I still hadn’t received my order and got a reply saying pre-orders were being filled by a first come, first serve basis starting on orders placed 9/17. Then on 11/24 I get another email asking me “how am I enjoying my order?” and to leave this review. So obviously if I’m receiving that email, even Hatch Green Chili Store thinks I should have received my order by now. I decided to do another follow up on my order and spoke with one of the customer service reps. He proceeded to tell me that they “ran out” of all the chopped green chilies…okay??…well I placed my order 2 months ago. How come I had zero communication about this from your company until I followed up, not once but twice? He offered me whole chilies and $15 back as a replacement. No thanks. I personally feel as if my order was dropped and no responsibility was taken on your company’s part. So much for placing a “pre-order”. Now I’m just hoping that I’ll get my chilies before Christmas.
