First I’d like to start out by saying I order a few things from hatch chili store and most of them have been exceptional especially the roasted chilies and all the chili’s really. But I ordered tamales, the green chili and cheese and I ordered the Chile rellenos. Both came with ice inside the bags they had frost bite and I was truly shocked because that’s just not like them. We cook them anyway and they did taste like they were frozen for a very very long time like over a year. I don’t know what happened it was truly unexpected for them since everything else I’ve ever ordered has been like I say exceptional. I was so disappointed. We threw out the rest which broke my heart because not only do I love these products but you pay a good price. Not sure I will try again.
