I lived in Albuquerque for years so I was able to buy good red and green chili when I wanted. It’s harder to buy good chili where I live now. My family uses red and green chili daily!!
I thought I would try The Hatch Chili Store and was very pleased. I ordered green chili pods and several of the red and green chili sauces and salsas. Some for myself and some for gifts. Everyone LOVES these products. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is due to the cost. It’s worth it but it is expensive and not everyone can afford it.
