We have purchased several items from The Hatch Chili Store….the chilies, salsa, spices and the pizzas several times. Everything has been perfect until recently. Two batches of the pizzas arrived completely thawed and the person that I last spoke to in your store said they would ship the replacement out of the warehouse in California on Monday. Here it is…Thursday … and altho I have been waiting all day, no pizza has arrived. It isn’t that far to California but I fear they will be thawed again. It has to be the packers and/ or the shipping. Perhaps it is like the airlines or even the banking facilities…..staff is scarce. Nothing wrong with your product tho. It is all very good.p
