I just didn’t know that xxtra hot hatch chilies are smaller. Some are a little dry when received but not bad. I roast them immediately after receiving them. I enjoy the Red Hatch Chili because I am not much for tomatoes in my salas and the red chili makes my salsa look like it has tomatoes. Overall good. Thank you .
